Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at Crags! The rustic lodge was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily walk into town without needing my car. However, my experience was marred by a wedding reception noise that lasted well into the night, which was not disclosed when I booked the room. Overall, it was a great place to stay, but the noise issue was a significant downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the lack of air conditioning made the nights uncomfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short drive from the main area and the national park. However, my peaceful stay was disrupted by loud events happening nearby, which should have been disclosed before booking.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel with its beautiful views and cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the outdoor spaces, but there were some issues like the dining experience and room warmth. Overall, it was a nice getaway, but improvements are definitely needed in customer service and amenities.
I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel due to unexpected noise from a wedding reception that wasn't disclosed when I booked. The first night was unbearable as the sound of the party echoed into our room well past the promised quiet time. However, the location is lovely and the staff did apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, it felt like a beautiful property but the lack of communication regarding events negatively impacted my stay.
